Electric discharge machining (EDM)
EDM, also known as spark erosion and wire erosion, can easily machine complex parts and precision components from hard conductive materials.
Our weld cladding and pup butt welding technology has achieved ISO 3834 accreditation for precision-machined, pressure-tested components and assemblies. A hot wire GTAW cladding and welding cell holds a library of fully qualified and witnessed weld procedures for all the common alloys used in the oil and gas industry.

Inspection, NDE and hardness testing
We boast an extensive range of CMM inspection machines to measure small to large complex parts. In addition, we provide NDT services (ASNT and PCN qualified), positive metal identification (PMI) and hardness checks against the material specification requirements.
